Description

Basil and sundried pesto is a sauce prepared with fresh basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes, along with some garlic, parmesan, olive oil and salt for taste. All the ingredients are blended in a food processor to the desired consistency. It has a rich, red hue and is heated in a sauce pan, and tossed with freshly cooked pasta.
