  1. Oats flour is used to make oats dosa, and dhokla.
  2. Oats flour can go rancid as it is rich in fat content. Store unused oat flour in the refrigerator. It is advisable to bring it to room temperature before using the flour.

  4. It can also be used for making oatmeal cookies and granola bars.
  5. It can be used as a thickening agent for gravies and soups as well.

Oats flour is a gluten-free flour made from whole oats that are ground into a powder-like consistency. It is off-white in colour with little coarse texture.
