I have been using masala for years now and I haven't found any replacement yet. It adds a very tasty blend of salty, tangy and spicy flavor to regular masala for making chole. Just one to two spoonful of this masala mix is suitable while cooking for four people. If you are fond of North Indian delicacies then I would strongly recommend this product for a try.

    Usage Tip:
  • It is best to store the masala in the freezer as it keeps it fresh for almost an year.

Everest is the best when is comes to spices. This chole masala by everest makes the most delicious Amritsari chole that you can make outside Amritsar. Spicy, tangy and bright red in color.

I have been using this product for a while now, and its flavor is never a disappointment. Use this along with other masalas to make the best Pindi Chole. It enriches the flavor of the dish and makes it worth eating.

Coincidentally today, we are making chhole only by using everest chhole masala and we always use it whenever we make chhole. It is very tasty.

As mentioned everest is a very trusted brand. I absolutely think its the go to masala. One can feel the authentic taste of the chole and the smell ans taste is perfect.

Typically punjabi chhole requires blending of so many whole spices. But if you are short of some of the spices at home and yet wish to enjoy authentic chhole , then blindly go for everest chhole masala. It gives nice flavour, colour and texture to your dish as if masalas are freshly grinded at home.

This has been my mother's favourite Masala to use while making Chhole, it has the most authentic flavour and teleports you to the real taste and flavours of Punjab.

You can use this chole masla for making different dishes , you can make pindi chole , chole curry , street style chole which goes perfect with bhatura or kulcha.

I normally use homemade chhole masala but at times when I am out of it and have to make Chhole I normally opt for Everest Chhole Masala. The spices used for making this powder are almost perfect in proportion the only issue I find sometimes is I need to grind this powder once again to make it fine as at times it comes a bit more coarse otherwise it is a perfect blend of spices and it gives a very authentic taste and aroma to the Chhole.

Never knew these masalas need to be ground too. How do you make it at home?

Be it chole masala or channa rice I love the flavour and taste of it. This is so rich in taste that any dish made with it even if it’s Satvik reaches a point of satisfaction to taste buds.

Everest Channa Masala I like it's aroma while cooking, when I use this Channa Masala pd to my dish,it gives a totally different taste. I use this powder on my chats, biryanis it gives a perfect combination . Vegetarian can use this powder for their vegetables biryanis, an non vegetarian people can use it chicken biryani . U can use this powder for making snacks like Channa chat, panneer Tikka, chicken snacks dried ones , it adds has a different flavors to the dish. This powder you add in your matar aloo,panneer ki sabji. It gives a perfect taste

Being a Bengali, I generally don't get much Punjabi food at home. And I crave Punjabi food often, so Everest chole masala is an easy solution for me. I feel by adding this the taste goes to another level. The aroma spreads all over the house making me instantly hungry.
