Hing is always used for tadkas and I think that Patanjali offers good quality hing. It has a nice aroma and adds flavour to dal and curries. It also helps in digestion and relieves stomach gas.

Dal ho ya kadhi bs add karo chutkibhar Patanjali hing swad aur khushbu bemisal. Har rasoi ka swad badhaye har koi khicha chala aaye. Natural Jing Storng flavour k sath jo badhaye khane ka swad?

The patanjali hing is high quality and lasts a long time.Since it is higher quality it is little for expensive but worth it,love the package .This is one of my favourite brands.
