Ingredients For Black forest cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all mix dry ingredients like maida, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate and cocoa powder.
  • 2. Now beat butter, condensed milk, curd , milk and vanilla essence.
  • 3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients, beat in one direction and put in greased mold and bake at 150 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 mins.
  • 4. Once cake is done, cool, unmould it, now cut into 2 equal halves.
  • 5. Apply the cream on both sides of cake, cover this with cream, making smooth surface.
  • 6. Now make designs with cream on the sides, grate the chocolate slab in the centre of cake
  • 7. Garnish it with cherries and serve
