Ingredients For Cauliflower & Sweet Potato Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take one small floret of cauliflower. Now cut it into small pieces.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add 2-3 cloves of garlic crushed and saute till it changes color.
  • 3. Add chopped onions along with cauliflower and sweet potato. Saute for a minute.
  • 4. Now add water. Now bring it to boil and let it simmer on medium flame till cauliflower and sweet potato are cooked well. Remove it from flame and let it cool down for a while.
  • 5. Blend it with a hand blender or in a mixer till smoothens. Warm it again and add 1 tsp of cream before serving & serve hot.
