Ingredients For Chhole Bhature Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chole: at first soak chole for 8 hours.
  • 2. Now take a small cloth and tie cloves, cinnamon, tejpatta, elaichi, amla , tea powder tie all this in it.
  • 3. Now put this potli into cooker in which you are going to boil chole add salt also.
  • 4. Now take a pan add oil add cloves, cinnamon, tejpatta . Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  • 5. Now add onion and saute well. Now add tomato and saute it also.
  • 6. Now add all the spices and mix it.
  • 7. Now add chole and take out that potli from chole mix it well. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  • 8. Chole are ready.
  • 9. Bhature:- add all the things in the maida and mix well and knead dough with warm water.
  • 10. Now rest it for 30 minutes
  • 11. Now make a ball from it roll the bhature and deep fry in hot oil.
