Ingredients For Chocolate Doughnuts Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add yeast in lukewarm water , add sugar and refined flour to activate the yeast.
  • 2. In a large bowl mix refined flour activate yeast, butter and milk to make dough.
  • 3. Keep the dough aside for fermentation.
  • 4. Roll the dough into thick sheet , cut it through doughnut cutter.
  • 5. Heat a pan add oil and deep fry the doughnuts.
  • 6. In a double boiler melt the chocolate.
  • 7. Now coat the doughnuts with chocolate and serve.
