Ingredients For Coconut Sorbet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate coconut. Add 2 cups of hot water, and 2 cups of tender coconut water and keep for 15 mins. Strain through muslin cloth to squeeze out coconut milk.
  • 2. Combine Amul mithai mate with coconut milk and mix well.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into coconut shell and freeze till set
  • 4. Serve it chilled.
