Methods

How to make Custard Seviya Recipe

1. Roast vermicelli or seviya on low flame in ghee till it gets golden brown colour.
2. Add milk and bring it to boil. After 3 to 4 boils , add sugar. We don't have to thicken the milk.
3. Meanwhile dissolve custard in 3 spoons of milk.
4. When milk reduces a bit, add custard slowly to milk. Stir continuously. Add chopped dry fruits and dates.
5. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Put off the flames. Let custard cool completely. Add chopped fresh fruits and refrigerate for 2- 3 hours.
6. Pour custard seviya in serving pot. Garnish with tutti fruits, fresh fruits and dry fruits.
