Ingredients For Dosa dumplings in curd Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak blackgram and raw rice in sufficient water for 4 to 6 hours.
  • 2. Grind the soaked rice and blackgram in sufficient water to make a thick batter.
  • 3. Add salt and rest of the ingredients except oil.
  • 4. Heat oil in a kadai, drop the batter as small balls into the hot oil in medium flame.
  • 5. Fry until the dumplings until golden colour.
  • 6. Transfer the fried dumplings into a plate.
  • 7. For the curd base- Take a bowl add whisked curd.
  • 8. Add salt and drop the dumplings into it. sprinkle red chilly powder.
