Methods

How to make Gaal ke Laddu Recipe

1. Mix flour,ghee and 100 ml water and make a lump free paste using palms & beat it with hands for 10 minutes.
2. To make sugar syrup add sugar and 50 ml water to a pan and keep on gas stove. Stir continuously to make one string sugar syrup.
3. Take a heavy bottom pan and add our flour ,water,ghee mixture in it. Put on flame and stir continuously till it turns brown and release ghee.
4. Now add khoya or mawa and again stir it till the mawa is perfectly roasted. Add cashewnuts and rose petals. Let it cool down.
5. When the mixture is slightly warm then add sugar syrup into it. Sugar syrup should be cool completely.
6. Leave the mixture for atleast 3-4 hours or over night then make laddus.
7. Enjoy this authentic sweet dish.
