Ingredients For Hot and Sour Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat pan and add oil.
  • 2. Saute ginger, garlic and green chilli on full flame.
  • 3. Now add symentaniously onion, carrot and capcicum and saute it 1 to 2 minutes on full flame.
  • 4. Add water. Now add all sauces.
  • 5. Add salt to taste if you wish because sauces are also salty. Let it boil.
  • 6. Now add vinegar. Add corn flour slurry and boil it 1 minute.
  • 7. Our soup is ready. Enjoy
