Methods

How to make Methi Mathari recipe

1. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients. Mix it.
2. Now add ghee. Mix it with flour very well.
3. Gradually add Luke warm water and knead a hard dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes again knead it. Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Make big Roti , cut it into desired shape.
5. Prike all the Mathari with fork.
6. Heat oil in a wok. On low medium heat deep fry all the Mathari until it becomes golden brown and crispy .
7. Let it completely cool. Then store it in container.
