Methods

How to make Microwave pineapple bowl cake Recipe

1. Chop the pineapples into small pieces. keep1/4 of the chopped pineapples aside.
2. Now blend water and pineapple in a blender and keep it aside.
3. Cream fat and sugar till light and fluffy.
4. Now sieve all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
5. Now pour milk and the pineapple puree to the mixture.
6. At last add the chopped pineapples.
7. Pour the batter into small microwave friendly glass bowls and bake them for 6-7 minutes.
8. Let it cool down and serve along with a spoon.
