Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients, except oil.
  • 2. Gradually add water and make little thick batter.
  • 3. Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes .
  • 4. Check the consistency. Add more waterIf needed.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry all the pakoras on medium flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
