Methods

How to make Pan Cake Recipe

1. First take maida in a bowl ,with a pinch of salt baking powder and sugar and mix well.
2. Now add two teaspoon of oil , vanilla essence and milk and make a smooth runny batter.
3. Heat a non stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter and spread evenly .
4. Drizzle melted butter over it and cook on both sides.
5. Serve hot with a garnish of hot chocolate sauce and roasted nuts.

7. Mix coco powder with jaggery powder well first then slowly add the milk and mix well.
8. Now heat it in microwave for 30 seconds and it’s done.
