For papri, take a large bowl add all purpose flour,clarified butter, salt and baking soda to get crumble texture.

Make a s oft dough with little amount of water.Keep aside for 15 mins.Make four balls out of it.Roll down ball to roti shape.Cut round shape with the help of cap.Preak it.Heat oil and deep fry at low flame to light brown.Fry all keep at side.

For chat, take a serving plate place the papri.Add boiled n sliced potato.

Add one tbsp boiled matar.Add one tbsp sweet hung curd.At the top add green n sweet tamarind / imli chutney.Sprinkle chat masala and salt..Sprinkle 0 size sev and serve immediately.Enjoy with papri chat.
