Methods
  • 1. Peel the potatoes and cut it into dice.
  • 2. Take a pan and boil the potato up to 80%
  • 3. Now take a fry pan, add oil and stir fry the potatoes, add salt and pepper powder.
  • 4. Put off the flame after potatoes get cooked and now add the parsley
  • 5. Garnish it with fresh chopped parsley and serve
