Bake the cake using butter paper in a mould or greased mould, so that cake comes out easily when baked.

Ingredients For Raspberry cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all strain maida, baking powder baking soda, mix it well and keep aside.
  • 2. Now mix condensed milk with curd, melted butter, raspberry jam and vanilla essence.
  • 3. Mix it well , now slowly add dry ingredients into the wet one
  • 4. Mix it n make a smooth batter by adding required amount of milk
  • 5. Cake batter is ready, bake this at 150 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 mins
  • 6. Once cool, unmold it, beat the cream with powdered sugar n raspberry color.
  • 7. Spread over the cake and garnish it with cherries.
