Ingredients For TREE STUMP CAKE IN RED VELVET WITH BLUEBERRY COMPOTE(EGGLESS) RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Sieve dry ingredients seprately and keep aside.
  • 2. Beat butter and nestle milkmaid till well incorporated.
  • 3. Add colour, essence and buttermilk. Mix well.
  • 4. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well. To adjust the consistency you can add little milk or water.
  • 5. Grease 6inch tin with oil and dust little maida.
  • 6. Preheat oven at 160°for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes(Time depends upon oven ti oven so pls Do keep an eye)
  • 8. How to make Blueberry Compote Filling
  • 9. Take fresh Blueberries, cut into in two halves, Now take a Big Pan Add water n sugar. Let sugar dissolves in water stir continuously. Now add fresh Blueberry and mix all together . Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes or till it thicken. Homemade Blueberry compote is ready.
  • 10. For decorations, Take chilled whipping cream. Beat it with beater till it became stiff like consistency.
  • 11. For Ganache Method: Heat cream in microwave or in double boiler. Add finally chopped chocolate to it. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Now mix both together Mix till it became shinning like consistency.
  • 12. For Cake fondant, take a normal sponge, crush it and add little milk to it, now make like a dough divide into 2 to 3 parts and mix colour of your choice.
  • 13. I made mushroom,flowers 🍄 🌸🌺🌹🌼 Window and Doors.
  • 14. Now arranging Time, Take Sponge cut into 3 layers. Soak with little water. Now add whipped cream to it and make thin layer with spatula. Now add blueberry compote to it. Cover with second layer of cake again repeat the procedure.Lastly add third layer and cover the whole cake with wipped cream.Keep this cake for 20 min in refrigerator for set.
  • 15. Now after 20 minute, take ganache and cover the side walls of cake.
  • 16. Now make impression with toothpick like tree stupm.
  • 17. Put little cream on top and make it plain with spatula.
  • 18. Now make design with brush. Decorate as your choice.
  • 19. I used cake fondant to decorate my cake Now set it for 1 hrs. Cut and enjoy😊
