Ingredients For 7 CUP BURFI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the chickpea flour / besan on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
  • 2. Add grated coconut,milk,sugar and clarified butter / ghee and cardamom powder.
  • 3. Mix well without any lumps.
  • 4. Switch on the gas and start stiring further for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • 5. Switch off the flame.
  • 6. Soon the mixture will start thicken.
  • 7. Keep the grease plate ready and add the sweet mixture.
  • 8. Spread evenely.
  • 9. Once cooled ,cut them.
