How to make Aam panna with orange flavourand Aam concentrate
1.
First pressure cook the raw mangoes for 3 whistles and take off the peel then the pulp.
2.
Now put the pulp in the mixy jar add pudina leaves salt black salt sugar jeera powder and blend well then add lime juice and mix well. This is concentrate.
3.
Now transfer this concentrate to a glass jar and refrigerate.
4.
For making the cooler add two spoons of Aam panna concentrate then add 2 spoons of orange squash add half liter water and mix well. Serve with ice cubes . Serves 3 people .
