Ingredients For Achari Peas Puri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First grind the peas with black salt, jeera powder, chilli powder, then keep aside.
  • 2. For dough mix wheat flour with salt very well first then add water little by little and make a dough. Now pick the whole dough in your hand and drop it with force into the vessel this will make the dough soft.
  • 3. Now roll out one small ball of the dough put it the peas mixture then add onions to it with pinch of lime pickle. Mix it well then make a ball with the edges of the dough roll out to round shape with light hands.
  • 4. Take oil for frying and add the puri into hot oil and cook till it becomes light brown. Serve with aloo jeera Subji.
