Air fried Kabuli Channa & green moong sprouts Kachori Recipe

This is a high protein dish , as it has kabuli channa and sprouts, I have also substituted maida with whole wheat flour and not deep fried it but baked it in air fryer. If one does not have an air fryer they can make it at 200 degrees for 15 mins in an oven. If they don’t oven then they can place a layer of sand in a cooker and place a stand over it pre heat the cooker for ten mins and place it inside the cooker in a vessel and bake it for 20 to 25 mins. If you make sprouts at home this will be a long process as sprout take time and channa needs to be soaked at least for 8 hours then cooked.

Methods
  • 1. First make a semi soft dough with water pinch of salt and wheat flour .
  • 2. Then grind channa sprouts anardhana seeds salt and masalas.
  • 3. Now roll out to one inch thick rotis and place the stuffing inside and grab the corners to make a ball.
  • 4. Make sure there are no gaps in the ball.
  • 5. Pre heat the airfyer to 200 degrees .
  • 6. Once it’s pre heated place these Kachori in it then rub very little oil on it and sprinkle water on it and bake it.
  • 7. Sprinkled water avoids the Kachori to become dry.
  • 8. Now airfry it for 10 mins on each side .
  • 9. serve with sweet chutney .
