This is a high protein dish , as it has kabuli channa and sprouts, I have also substituted maida with whole wheat flour and not deep fried it but baked it in air fryer. If one does not have an air fryer they can make it at 200 degrees for 15 mins in an oven. If they don’t oven then they can place a layer of sand in a cooker and place a stand over it pre heat the cooker for ten mins and place it inside the cooker in a vessel and bake it for 20 to 25 mins. If you make sprouts at home this will be a long process as sprout take time and channa needs to be soaked at least for 8 hours then cooked.
Do not forget to sprinkle water else it will hard and dry.
