Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add rice flour,onion,green chilly,coriander leaves ,carom seeds and salt and mix well.
  • 2. Knead a soft dough with the help of warm water.
  • 3. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Heat a pan and sprinkle some water and rub with a cloth.
  • 5. We take the dough directly on the pan and evenly spread it.
  • 6. Firstly we cook on a high flame and turn the paratha and then we cook on a low flame.
  • 7. Apply clarified butter on both the sides and cook until golden brown in color.
  • 8. Serve hot.
