This recipe is an easy variation to d regular badam ka halwa basically which u can call as raw almond milk halwa n keeping mind its consistency I call it as PORRIDGE.

Do not over cook the mixture or else it would become very tight later.

Ingredients For ALMOND PORRIDGE (RAW BADAM HALWA) RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak almonds overnight and peel them in the morning. Make a puree of it using little milk as needed in a small mixer grinder.
  • 2. Heat ghee and add this puree. On low flame keep stirring continuously for 7-8 minutes adding oil milk in between as required.
  • 3. Add all left over milk, kesar milk, sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Off flame and add cardamom powder if you wish.
  • 5. Serve in bowl garnished with almond slices.
