Ingredients For Aloo Gobhi Matar Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a small bowl and mix together coriander powder,red chili powder , turmeric, Garam masala, coriander powder, Salt, Black pepper powder , Jeera powder, onion garlic paste, Black pepper powder . Keep it aside till required.
  • 2. Now wash cauliflower in running water and cut it into small florets in a bowl
  • 3. Heat oil in the kadhai on medium flame.
  • 4. Now add cauliflower (gobhi) florets ,potato(aloo) wedges, peas, carrot in the kadhai. Stir fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Now transfer the vegetables in another bowl.
  • 6. In another Kadhai, heat oil on medium flame. Now add all the spice mixture in it.
  • 7. Now add the tomato puree mixture along with the prepared spices masala, and stir until the oil separates.
  • 8. Now add all the vegetables to the Kadhai and mix well.Keep it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • 9. Now pour water in it and cover it with lid for 15-20 minutes.
  • 10. Now Transfer aloo gobhi matar to a serving dish and serve hot with paratha, poori or rice.
