Aloo Puri is an option to having puri and sabji separately. There are many occasions when it is difficult to carry sabji with you when you are travelling or when kids are on to a picnic or similar situation, then this option gives you all ingredients of sabji i.e. aloo along with methi.
Fry puris on medium heat You can use fresh methi leaves also (methi leaves are optional in case you want to avoid this you can use coriander leaves also)
