Ingredients For AMLA KI LAUNJI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and boil the amla.
  • 2. Remove the seeds of the amla.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4. Add asafoetida and black mustard seeds to crackle.
  • 5. Remove the seeds of the green chilly.
  • 6. Add boiled amla and green chilli and mix well.
  • 7. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  • 8. Add sugar and half cup of water.
  • 9. Cook five mins in a low flame.
  • 10. Switch off the flame.
