Ingredients For AMLA KI MEETHI CHUTNEY/GOOSEBERRY CHUTNEY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and grate gooseberry / amla.
  • 2. Heat a pan and add amla / gooseberry and saute for two to three minutes.
  • 3. Now add jaggery and mix well.
  • 4. Let them simmer amla / gooseberry in jaggery being melt add black salt.salt,red chilly powder and garam masala powder.
  • 5. Cook well till it gets thick.
  • 6. Serve chilled.
