Ingredients For Andewali Machhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Whisk eggs, milk with little salt in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add onions and green chilli.
  • 3. Saute til onions gets translucent. Add tomatoes and cool till they turn soft.
  • 4. Add coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Cook till oil gets separated on sides.
  • 5. Lower the flame and add whisked eggs. Cover the pan and cook till eggs turns white on top.
  • 6. Remove from the flame. Flip it carefully on a plate with the help of flat spatula.
  • 7. Cut it into pieces and serve it like fish pieces for evening time snacks with your favorite ketchup.
