Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4. Place the arbi tikki and cook till brown in color.
  • 5. Flipping once in between.
  • 6. Always cook in medium flame.Drain in paper napkin.
  • 7. Serve hot with tea.
