Now mix in the dry ingredients together and keep aside. Now microwave onion first for 5 minutes then microwave lauki for ten minutes.

Then add in the onions and grated and finely chopped Lauki(bottle gourd) to dry ingredients and mix well. Now grease a muffin tray then take ball of and press it down and on the side.

Make it like a cup in the center like you can add some stuffing only then it will come out like cups.

Tip press most of the ball to the side keep little in the center.Now bake this for 12 minutes at 190 degrees in a preheated oven. Then demould it then toast it for 10 minutes in same temprature.

For Stuffing:First heat oil in kadhai then add the onions to it with ginger paste and pinch of salt, hing and cook well.

Now add cooked lobia to it.

Add date, chilli powder amchoor powder salt jeera powder and saunf powder little water(retain lobia water if still there while cooking it and add that too) simmer for 3 mins and serve. Garnish with Pudina.
8.
Now add the stuffing to prepared cups and serve.
