Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,sugar,salt,cardamom powder,orange food color and water.
  • 2. Make a thick and smooth batter.
  • 3. Heat enough oil in a pan
  • 4. Cut the banana into four pieces.
  • 5. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and place in the pan.
  • 6. Turn and cook until golden and crispy on both the sides.
