Ingredients For Banana Nutty Creamy Ice Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all Peel bananas.
  • 2. Put it in ziplock bag and freeze them in freezer for 3-4 hours.
  • 3. Now in a grinder or mixer jar add chopped frozen bananas.
  • 4. Peanut butter and grind/ mix well.
  • 5. Tasty creamy Banana ice-cream is ready. You can freeze it and use later else you can use instantly.
  • 6. Preparation of cake-
  • 7. Remove the whistle and black ring/seal of cooker. Preheat the cooker for 10 minutes.
  • 8. Grease a pan with Ghee.
  • 9. Mix all the dry ingredients well.
  • 10. Add Vanilla essence
  • 11. Ghee.
  • 12. Now add Milk little by little by taking care of the consistency.
  • 13. Beat the mixture in one direction only till become soft.
  • 14. Pour the mixture in a greased pan.
  • 15. Tap it twice and keep the pan in cooker.
  • 16. Avoid direct contact between pan and cooker by adding salt bed and put a stand .
  • 17. For first 3-4 minutes keep the flame high.After that bake on low flame for 50-55 minutes.
  • 18. Now check your cake with help of toothpick or knife.
  • 19. If it comes out clean your cake is ready.Else bake for few more minutes.
  • 20. Remove pan from cooker let it cool down and then remove cake in to plate.
  • 21. Now slice cake in two halves.
  • 22. On top of each also on sides spread prepared banana peanut butter icecream.
  • 23. Now put the half cake on other.
  • 24. On top layer keep walnuts ( dry fruits roasted peanuts). By side you can coat some roasted peanuts.
  • 25. Freeze the cake for 2 hours.
  • 26. Now remove the cake out top it with scoop of Banana peanut butter ice cream.
  • 27. And pour 1 TSP chocolate syrup.
  • 28. Serve the tasty crunchy creamy Banana Nutty Creamy Ice Cake.
