Ingredients For BANANA PANCAKE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Blend the ripe banana and milk to make a smooth paste.
  • 2. Add rajgira flour,chestnut flour in the banana paste and mix well.
  • 3. Add almond powder,sugar ,cardamom powder and saffron food color and make a smooth batter.
  • 4. Keep aside for fifteen minutes.
  • 5. Heat clarified butter in a pan ,add one spoon batter and spread it.
  • 6. Drizzle one tsp clarified butter on it.
  • 7. Flip it and cook both the sides.
  • 8. Serve hot with green chutney
