Ingredients For Barley Fried Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and saute till it changes colour on high flame.
  • 2. Add onion and saute for a minute. Add carrot and beans to sauteed onions. Stir fry on high flame
  • 3. Add capsicum and saute for 30 seconds. Add boiled pearl barley
  • 4. Add soya sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix well. Add salt and peper
  • 5. Toss on high flame. Add spring onion greens and switch off the flame. Serve hot
