Ingredients For Beetroot chutney for idli or dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First cut and pressure cook the beetroot for 2 whistles then take oil in a pan add mustard seeds urad dhal chanadhal hing tamarind red chilli and let it splutter then add beetroot and sauté for two minutes.
  • 2. Now add coconut with salt required and salt for two minutes. Cool and grind into fine paste.
