Ingredients For BHINDI BHAJI/FRIED LADY FINGER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash bhindi properly.
  • 2. Cut the edges of the bhindi on both sides.
  • 3. Now cut in small pieces.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 5. Add whole red chilly and fenugreek seeds to crackle.
  • 6. Add bhindi/lady finger and stir fry in medium flame.
  • 7. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  • 8. When bhindi/lady finger is half done add sliced onion and mix well.
  • 9. Cover it and cook till the bhindis are soft and color of the onion is change.
  • 10. Serve the bhindi bhaji hot with chapati or rice.
