Biscuit cake is one if the easiest and yummy cake which anyone can make. This no-bake biscuit cake has chocolate in it and the taste is too good. Biscuit cake is a type of no-bake tea cake.

Firstly break into small pieces 458 gm parle G biscuits in a bowl.

In double boiling method, melt two third cup thickened cream, half cup sugar, 1 table spoon butter and whisk till butter melts completely.

Additionally add half cup cocoa powder and whisk smooth.

Keep whisking till the mixture turns smooth and silky.
5.
Pour the prepared chocolate mixture over biscuit pieces.
6.
Add in a one table spoon vanila extract, 5 almonds and 5 walnuts.
7.
Mixed well, combining everything.
8.
Transfer the mixture into 8 inch-10 inch spring form cake pan.
9.
Level up and press tight with the help of spoon making sure the base is tight.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes allowing to set meanwhile prepare the chocolate sauce by melting 150gm dark chocolate in double boiling method.

Additionally add half cup thickened cream and whisk smooth.
12.
Keep whisking till the mixture turns smooth and silky.
13.
Pour the prepare chocolate sauce into prepared biscuit cake Level out by tapping slightly.
14.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or more till the chocolate sauce sets completely.
15.
Finally melt with chocolate and decorate the parle G biscuit cake before serving by garnishing we can use Gems,cadbury shots, almonds and walnuts.
