Recipe Notes

Double coat with crushed papad or crushed vermicelli to get a more crispy outer coating. I show you three types of coating its your choice to use it . you can use crushed cornflakes also.

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, take a pan put some oil in it than add sweetcorn kernels, carrots onions and saute well for two minute. Then add capsicum and saute well, then add black pepper powder,oregano and salt mix it well.
  • 2. Take a bowl add grated cheese ,grated paneer and add all this vegetables mixture and mix it well, and prepare non sticky dough. Now pinch a ball sized mixture and flatten slightly. Make all the balls of same size.
  • 3. Take a bread slice and cut the edges and dip it in water and take it on your palms and place 1 circle ball in center.
  • 4. Then get the edges together and stuff the cheese mixture well. Form a smooth ball, making sure there are no cracks. All balls are ready keep aside.
  • 5. Further, roll in crushed papad or crushed vermicelli or semolina covering uniformly.
  • 6. Fry in hot oil stir occasionally without breaking cheese balls.
  • 7. Fry until cheese paneer balls turns golden brown and crisp.
  • 8. Drain off the balls over kitchen paper absorbing excess oil.finally, enjoy this kurkure cheese paneer balls with tomato sauce.
