Methods
  • 1. Cut the edges of the bread.
  • 2. In a blender add the bread slices and churn it.
  • 3. Add curd,suji.rice flour,salt and one cup of water and grind them in a smooth batter.
  • 4. It should be pouring consistency.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan and temper the above listed ingredients.
  • 6. Add this temper mixture in the batter and mix well.
  • 7. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 8. Now spread a laddle full of batter evenly and cover it
  • 9. Drizzle some oil and cook until its golden brown.
  • 10. Cook other side as well.
  • 11. Serve hot with coconut chutney and green chutney
