In rainy evening we love to eat something spicy.Bread Manchurian is the perfect dish for rainy day.I have made it in my style.It can be serve with noodles or fried rice or you can enjoy it as it is.

Methods
  • 1. Take bread sides in a mixing jar & make powder of it.
  • 2. Now in a boel, take breadcrumbs, grated carrot, grated cabbage, chopped capsicum, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce & tomato chili sauce.
  • 3. Add cornflour & make a tight dough of it.Kerp it in fridge for 10minutes.
  • 4. Then make small balls.Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the Manchurian in low flame till it crisp.
  • 5. Now in another pan, heat 1tspn oil, add chopped garlic, onion & green chilli.Saute it gor few minutes.
  • 6. Add chopped carrot, white onion & spring onion,salt, soya sauce & tomato chilli sauce.
  • 7. Mix 2tspn cornflour with a cup of hot water & add it to the mixture.
  • 8. Let it boil & then add manchurian balls.Toss it well with the mixture in high flame.It will take 4 to 5 minutes more.
  • 9. Enjoy it hot!!!
