Ingredients For Bread Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add ajwain, salt, mangrail and half teaspoon red chilli powder in besan, make a thick paste and leave it.
  • 2. Now add all the left out spices given in ingredients, onion, chilli, coriander leaves and salt in mashed potato and mix them well.
  • 3. Cut out the sides of bread, and make a cut in the shape of triangle from the middle.
  • 4. Now, put the mashed potato mixture on one bread and then put other bread over it. Then dip them into besan paste and fry it till golden brown.
