Ingredients For Bread Potato Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 1tbspn oil & add chopped garlic, curry leaves mustard seeds. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 2. Add chopped onion, salt, 1tspn turmeric powder. Saute it for few minutes.
  • 3. Then add boiled mashed potatoes. Mix it well & fry it in high for few minutes.
  • 4. Finally add lemon juice & chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well & switch off the flame.
  • 5. Now make a thick batter of gram flour, salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.
  • 6. Add sodium bi carbonate in the batter. It will give a crispy texture of the pakoda.
  • 7. Now apply mayonnaise on the bread. Evenly spread potato mixture over the bread. Apply some grated cheese over it.
  • 8. Take another bread slice & cover the potato mixture. Press it slightly .
  • 9. Now cut the bread slices & dip the each pieces in the batter.
  • 10. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the pakodas.
  • 11. Serve it hot with any of your favourite chutney.
