Ingredients For Brownie Butter Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Preheat oven at 170°C and grease a loaf tin with butter and line with a parchment paper and keep aside.
  • 2. Heat a pan melt the butter and the dark chocolate in double boiler once done transfer it in a bowl.
  • 3. Next add powdered brown sugar to it and mix it well.
  • 4. Next add 1 egg and mix till well combined.
  • 5. At last add all purpose flour mix well and form a smooth lump free batter.
  • 6. Pour the brownie batter in a greased loaf tin and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
  • 7. Meanwhile prepare the butter cake batter.
  • 8. In a bowl take butter which should be at room temperature. Add powdered sugar and beat till smooth and creamy.
  • 9. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder alternately add in milk and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • 10. Spread the prepared batter carefully over the brownie
  • 11. bake at 170°C for 30-35 minutes.
  • 12. Insert a toothpick to check the cake is completely baked or not.
  • 13. Let the cake cool down
  • 14. Cut in slices and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
