Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and greasing either a silicon mould or a baking dish with butter and keep aside.

In a large bowl combine oil and sugar. Add the Vinegar vanilla and salt then whisk for about one minute until evenly combined and light in colour. Over the same bowl sift in the flour and cocoa powder.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined (do not over mix). Fold in meleted chocolate.

Pour the batter into the prepared dish then smooth the top.Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the centre of the brownies come out clean on tooth pick or fork. Cool and serve.
