Ingredients For BUTTER MILK DOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice,poha and fenugreek seeds and strain it.
  • 2. Add curd and salt and mix well and soak for 4 - 5 hours.
  • 3. Grind to make a paste and add salt and grated coconut.
  • 4. Keep aside for fermentation.
  • 5. When batter is thick so that you can add milk or water.
  • 6. Add eno fruit salt and mix well.
  • 7. Heat non stick pan and grease with butter.
  • 8. Add one spoon batter and don't spread .
  • 9. Grease some butter and cover it and cook in a slow flame.
  • 10. Cook only one side.
  • 11. Serve hot with tomato chutney.
