Ingredients For Cabbage Samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, prepare stuffing by add 1 cup carrot and 2 cup cabbage. stir fry on high flame.
  • 2. Add onion and saute on high flame.
  • 3. Now add ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.
  • 4. Stuffing mixture is ready.
  • 5. Further, pinch a small ball sized samosa dough and flatten.
  • 6. Now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin.
  • 7. Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre.
  • 8. Now give samosa shape and deep fry.
  • 9. Enjoy with spicy chatney.
